My name’s Nick. These wings changed my life. Literally. I traded in breaded, fried, sauced-to-oblivion wings for a simple dry-rubbed wing cooked low and slow. Along the way, I lost over 100 pounds, gained a weekly standing order with my local butcher, and smoked, eaten, critiqued, and gifted thousands of wings since receiving a pandemic Father’s Day smoker.
